The last two weeks have gone by quickly. Grandma was here last week for a visit. She was instrumental in getting two 19 month olds completely weaned! I still can't believe it. I feel some loss, yet the boys have been amazing so the timing must have been perfect.

{Jordan loves sitting on this little dump truck and driving it around}

Aiden and Caileigh love all things "party". Grandma's visit was no exception and they worked hard putting together an afternoon tea party.

Although the picture does not capture all the senses, you can use your imagination to capture the sweet, smothering scent of cologne wafting up from a particular young man.

Alex's chin is healing and he is going in to have his stitches removed tomorrow. It is amazing to me that two seemingly identical boys can partake in the same activities and yet one always seems to come out with some type of injury. I suppose there are many more years to even the stakes..........

Sean has been off this week. My body and mind have been in great need of rest. The last two weeks have really helped me to get my feet back on the ground. God is so faithful and he is carrying me through this time and I feel so blessed and so thankful.
We've all been fighting a terrible head cold that leaves you exhausted and a little "fuzzy" in the head, so there has been lot's of down time.
As a family we have enjoyed swimming in William's Lake, the preschool carnival and today the older two are having ski lessons on Mt. Timothy. Hopefully Sean has managed to capture some photos and video. I know the kids were pretty excited as they left the house this morning.

As a closing thought, I have to wonder..........is this what boy/girl twins would have looked like?
