Kamloops

Last week we went on a three day trip to Kamloops.

Day 1.  We geocached along the way.

Rode around MacArthur Park.

The kids loved seeing the little marmots along the path.  You can see one here on the far right side.

We came back to the hotel for swimming, dinner and TV in bed.

Day 2 we were up early and the kids were in the pool first thing.  The kids had some spending money so we went to the mall and some other stores.  The kids were thrilled to spend their money.

After lunch we head to the Bike Ranch.

The Bike Ranch was amazing.  Lot's of places for the kids to explore.  After playing at the BMX track for awhile, I rode with the kids down the Green Trail and Sean met us at the bottom.  There was some tough riding at times!

Alex met a little friend at the park and he introduced Jordan as his little brother. 

We were back to the hotel for more swimming, dinner and a movie for the kids.

Day 3 we were up in the morning, not quite as early, for a final swim.

After, we went to Riverside Park for the morning.  Kids played, we attempted a geocache, and we played some frisbee.

Went on a final bike ride.

Visited the BMX track.  And then it was a quick stop for some special travelling drinks and back home to pick up Buddy from the kennels.  It was a wonderful time away and a great way to spend time together.


Back home our chicken sitters got a surprise:)
