Mikayla's 9th Birthday

This spunky, energetic, dramatic girl came out of her room at 6am singing Happy Birthday to herself!

She was very excited for her special day.

This was a very special gift as Caileigh bought it for Mikayla with Cail's own birthday money.  Mik in turn bought Caileigh a special gift with her birthday money.

Christmas 2017

Christmas 2017 was interesting. 

 On the 21st, my mom came down sick.  A day later my brother was sick.  They were in bed and missed the entire Christmas and my mom's birthday.

My dad was staying with us so we kept busy with the kids.

Gigi Moves To Vernon

My Auntie Dianne flew up with Gigi on December 17.  It was quite the drama when they wouldn't let Gigi on the plane because her BC ID had expired.  I had to go online and order her a fishing license while sitting in the middle of Costco and then my aunt ran around the airport looking for a place to print off the paperwork.  It all ended up working out so they were able to fly in on a later flight.  We cruised the mall in Kelowna while waiting.  It is so great to have my Grandma close! We've been able to see her every day (except for the 3 days when she was sick) since she arrived.

Caileigh's 11th Birthday!

Girls SleepOver

We had a girl's sleep over to celebrate Caileigh, Mikayla and Grandma's December birthday!  The last time we were able to celebrate together like this was 2013.

We enjoyed a late night dinner.
