We just finished up a wonderful visit with Grandma. We enjoyed spending time with her and the kids loved getting to go on a Buffalo Tour with her. Too bad the weather hadn't been better. Torrential rain, thunder and lightning probably weren't Grandma's idea of a good time. Thanks for being a trooper Mom!
We have been loving our covered deck. It is perfect for the little boys to play and explore on.
Alex, ever so curious. Taking more steps each day!
Jordan is walking everywhere now! He's so proud.

I love any excuse for goodies. The kids enjoyed decorating cupcakes to cheer the Canucks on the other night. They obviously didn't help the Canucks to play better. What a disappointing loss. Poor Aiden was in tears over it!

Aiden still dislikes sleeping in his room so after Caileigh falls asleep at night, he sneaks upstairs and sleeps in the play house. Later in the night, he comes up and sleeps on the floor in our room. When Grandma was here the kids got tired of waiting for her to come to bed so they both fell asleep upstairs. Caileigh in the chair, Aiden in the playhouse.

Our garden is coming along and it will be interesting to see what grows well in this short growing season. We've planted carrots, potatoes, beans, peas, cucumber, sunflowers, nasturtiums and wild flowers. The garden already had raspberries, rhubarb and mint.

  1. Your garden is looking great already- should be fun for the kids to snack from.

  2. And whenever did you have the time to put in the garden?

You are growing not only fabulous children but lots of healthy food as well.

    Hugs to you.
