Somewhere in between the constant laundry, cooking, schooling, fighting, it is easy to lose perspective. It is easy to get absorbed in feelings of exhaustion and self pity. It can be quite humbling to switch your perspective and realize how much there is to be thankful for. Healthy family, a warm, safe home, and gorgeous snowy family days. I am thankful that each new day brings opportunity for fresh starts. I look forward to tomorrow but will strive to enjoy today.

  1. Amen Ash. Amen. I think that that is prayer for all of us. The saying: "tyranny of the urgent" consumes most of us I would think.

    Lovely photographs.

But just want to tell you that the cherry blossoms are starting and the daffodils are in bloom.

    Snow is nice too.

    Hi Sean.

  2. Nice double Ergo action! Did Sean have one on the front and one on the back, or did he switch? I am so envious of where you live! Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has a say in a decision like that ... :)
