Caileigh has been so mischievous lately. She loves getting into my purse and putting my Color Stay lipstick to the test.......yes it stays very well. She dumped all the towels out of the cupboard into the bath water. I found her sitting in her room with a tub of yogourt and a container of cream cheese. She constantly tries to sneak out the front door so both locks are needed.
Caileigh also loves to be naked and is constantly stripping off clothes. The other night while Sean was barbecuing dinner, Caileigh wanted to go outside. She wasn't allowed to go outside without clothes and so she grabbed her rain jacket and zipped it up tight. I couldnt help but think my little streaker looked cute!
We got our Bumbo back from our friends and Mikayla is able to enjoy watching the action a little easier.
After two nearly bald babies, I am really loving the hair!!
During our morning walk the other day, Caileigh had a fall and managed to get some road rash. Along with her facial scratches, she hurt her hand, knees and elbow. We went home and cleaned her up, went back out for our walk and then she decided that a trip to Safeway to see Sean (and Starbucks) would help. We hopped on the bus for the sheer adventure of it and ended up having a super fun morning.
Sean has been working a ton and is out of town until Saturday. As a result, I have had a fair bit of time in the evenings to play with photoshop. I figured out how to make an image black and white but leave one feature with the original colour.
Now if I could just figure out how to make both eyes blue!!
Join the club-Caileigh is not the first one in the family to want to be naked. Ken's youngest daughter did the same, and would come downstairs and say "I'm free"--Margaret & Ina
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious, outside in just her rain coat, totally worth a picture!
ReplyDeleteI love all of her hair too...I've just had bald babies:) Love the post above too, about `playing C-section':)
ReplyDeletenice wounds! I think babies with hair look much older than babies the same age with not so much hair. Jaxon's is starting to fluff up a bit, but it's still pretty thin. None of mine were every totally bald, for which I'm thankful. Oh, and sorry, I find those black/white and a little bit of colour kind of creepy. Not just your pictures, any time I see them. Cute baby, though. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, how much I love this blog! Always makes me smile, sometimes a full out chuckle :) I love Caleigh's rain coat ensemble, too cute.
