October

I've entered a new stage of parenting where I spend a lot of time running the kids around to their various activities and appointments.  The interesting development is that I don't have to load everyone up in the van with me every time.  I can leave some kids home alone and can also trust the older kids to watch the younger ones.  I was thrilled to arrive home after a busy day to discover that Caileigh had fully prepared dinner and had everything ready for a Mexican feast.  So thankful:)

Alex continues to work on his violin, even with his cast.

The boys attended a fun birthday party with rock climbing.  Alex's broken arm didn't slow him down.

Interesting science experiments.

Thanksgiving we had Michael and Georgia with us.  Michael worked with Sean in the Kelowna Safeway and is now working at the other store in Vernon.

Finally, Alex's cast came off!

We attended a store closing party at Sean's Safeway.  the kid's helped fund raise for the Food Bank and the older three and I were able to perform with the pipe band.

Bowling birthday party with friend Finn.

Gorgeous to look at!  A lot of work to clean up.
