August

August was full of activity.

Day camp for the younger four, a steady stream of company and lot's of visits to the lake.  

Boys lunch out.

BC day.

Wells visit.

A day trip to Oliver.

Visit from a childhood friend I've known since we were 4!

Aiden's 12th Birthday

Aiden turned 12!  

We had friends visiting during Aiden's birthday and Sean was working so the day was quieter.

Favourite sugary cereal for breakfast! 

After our friends left, we hit 7-11 for Slurpees and played at the park for a bit.  It was one of the first smoke free days in awhile so we took advantage!

In the afternoon, Aiden and I watched the first Lord of the Rings movie together.  He really enjoyed it.  

Ice cream cake for dessert.

Also for Aiden's birthday he got to go for a couple of mountain biking lessons on Silver Star.  He really enjoyed this!
