Bupee and Uncle Matt's Visit

My brother and Dad spent some time with us.  It was smokey skies most days but we made the most of it and enjoyed some outings.  We went to the Kangaroo Farm, the waterslides, the bookstore and the pool.

Summer Vacation

Sean had some time off work so we were able to enjoy our time despite the smokey skies.  We had time at the beach, a couple of day trips, an overnighter and pool time.

Aiden was able to ride up at Silver Star (Thanks Auntie!) so the rest of us were able to walk/roller blade/scooter along the mountain side trail.  The next day, Aiden and Sean went fishing.

Aiden Turns 13

Aiden turned 13 on Sunday.

After church, Sean and I took Aiden ziplining!  We had a fantastic afternoon trying the 7 different runs.

After we returned home we barbecued steak along with corn on the cob and crispy potatoes.

We finished off the meal with ice cream cake.

It was a great day celebrated a pretty awesome 13 year old:)
